Order in Council 864/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2 (2) of the Management Board of Cabinet Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. M.1 and subsections 1.0.2 (1) and 1.0.3 (1) of the Financial Administration Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. F.12, the membership of the Management Board of Cabinet and of the Treasury Board be as follows:
