OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 27, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to authorize the Nova Scotia Health Authority to enter into a net debt obligation for purposes of three capital projects:
i) CT Simulator at Cape Breton Regional Hospital; ii) Interventional Radiology Room at Cape Breton Regional Hospital; and iii) upgrades of the Omnicell Automated Drug Dispensing Cabinets across Northern, Eastern and Western zones.
