Schedule to the Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 104/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Section 1 of the

Schedule to the Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 104/2004, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

a) by striking out " 2004 Edition, and 2005 Addenda; " and substituting " 2010 Edition; " ,

(

b) in paragraph (

b) by striking out " 2004 Edition; " and substituting " 2008 Edition; ",

(

c) in paragraph (

c) by striking out " 2006 Edition; " and substituting " 2010 Edition; ",

(

d) in paragraph (

e) by striking out " Piping System " and substituting " Piping Systems ", and

(

e) in paragraph (

f) by striking out "2 001 Edition. " and substituting " 2008 Edition. ".

Section 2 (

a) is amended by striking out " 2007 Edition; " and substituting " 2007 Edition, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Addenda; ".

Section 3 is repealed and the following substituted:

3 The following codes, standards or parts of a code or standard of the American Petroleum Institute (API) are adopted:

(

a) API STD 530 Revision/Edition 6 Calculation of Heater-Tube Thickness in Petroleum Refineries 2008 Edition;

(

b) API 510 Revision/Edition 9 Pressure Vessel Inspection Code: In-Service Inspection, Rating, Repair and Alteration;

(

c) API 570 Revision/Edition 3 Piping Inspection Code: Inspection, Repair, Alteration and Rerating of In-Service Piping Systems.

Section 4 is amended

(

a) in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (

d) and (

e) by striking out " 2007 Edition; " and substituting " 2010 Edition; ",

(

b) in paragraph (

f) by striking out " CSD-1-2006 " and substituting " CSD-1-2009 ", and

(

c) in paragraph (

h) by striking out " QAI-2005 " and substituting " QAI-2010 " and by striking out " Authorised " and substituting " Authorized ".

Section 5 is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

b) by striking out " B52-05 " and substituting " B52-05 (R2009) ", and

(

b) by repealing paragraph (

c) and substituting the following:

c) CSA N285.0-08/N285.6 Series-08 General Requirements for Pressure-Retaining Systems and Components in CANDU Nuclear Power Plants / Material Standards for Reactor Components for CANDU Nuclear Power Plants.

Section 6 (

a) is amended by striking out " 2004 Edition. " and substituting " 2007 Edition. ".
