Order in Council 1243/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1941/2017 dated September 27, 2017 that reappointed Winnie Tse of Toronto as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
