Order in Council 1135/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Edgar-Andre Montigny was reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of one year, effective April 14, 2024, by Order in Council 1796/2023;

And

whereas Edgar-Andre Montigny tendered his resignation effective July 20, 2024;

Therefore , pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 , Order in Council 1796/2023 be revoked effective July 20, 2024.
