OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Housing and Municipal Affairs dated June 17, 1999, pursuant to

Section 4 and subsection 6(1) of

Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, each for a further term of office commencing July 1, 1999 and ending June 30, 2001: Richard G. Ramsay of Port Williams, Kings County; Howard C. Windsor, Deputy Minister of Housing and Municipal Affairs, of the Halifax Regional Municipality; and Douglas P. Stratton, CFA, Executive Director of Investments, Pensions and Treasury Services at the Department of Finance, of the Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) appoint Councillor Clint Schofield of the Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term of office commencing July 1, 1999 and ending June 30, 2001; and (

c) appoint Howard C. Windsor to be Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term of office commencing July 1, 1999 and ending June 30, 2001.
