OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated June 14, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of
Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act , is pleased to appoint Nancy MacLellan of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member and as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term commencing August 30, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2022.
