Order in Council 123/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the appointment of a returning officer,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act , Debbie Wong of Aurora be appointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Aurora-Oak Ridges-Richmond Hill effective the date of this Order.
