OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated September 5, 2002, pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of David Sangster, appointed by Order in Council 2001-384 dated August 2, 2001, as a Member and Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission, effective on and from September 27, 2002; and (
b) appoint Michael Johnson, Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, as a Member and Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission for a term of three years commencing September 27, 2002.
