OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 12, 2004, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of 119 square metres, more or less, situate at Heather Beach, Cumberland County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Ellen Booth of Springhill, Cumberland County, and Joan Blue of Halifax Regional Municipality, Halifax County, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of approximately $537.88 with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the land's appraised market value of $4.52 per square metre by its area, in square metres, as determined by survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
