OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 26, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize an increase in funding for the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal in the amount of $4,000,000.00 to enable an emergency infrastructure at the former Halfway River aboiteau and approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into the net debt obligation related to the reconstruction of the aboiteau.
