2001 CROWN CORPORATIONS (APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS), 2001 BILL No. 221 of

An Act to amend The Crown Corporations Act, 1993 (Appointment of Directors) (Assented to , 2001) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Crown Corporations Amendment Act, 2001 (Appointment of Directors). S.S. 1990-91, c.C-50.101 The Crown Corporations Act, 1993, is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 4(1) is repealed and the following substituted: “

(1) CIC consists of those persons who may be appointed as members of CIC by the Lieutenant Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Standing Committee on Crown Corporations”.

Section amended Subsection 11(3) is repealed and the following substituted: “

(3) A CIC Crown corporation consists of one or more persons appointed for the purpose by the Lieutenant Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Standing Committee on Crown Corporations”.
