OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated May 8, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed five million, one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($5,190,000) for the cost of replacing two existing boilers at the Nova Scotia Hospital with one new boiler capable of operating on natural gas.
