Loi sur la réglementation des jeux, chapi- tre G-1.5 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2008, est modifiée par l’adjonction après l’article de ce qui suit : Agreement to support horse racing industry Accord en appui à l’industrie des courses de chevaux 23.1 The Corporation may, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, enter into an agreement with Horse Racing New Brunswick Inc. for the purposes of supporting the harness racing industry in the Province and may, where there is an agreement, pay from its reve- nues no more than $1,000,000 in any year to that organi- zation in accordance with the terms of the agreement. 23.1 En appui à l’industrie des courses de chevaux dans la province, la Société peut, avec l’approbation du lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil, conclure un accord avec Courses de chevaux du Nouveau-Brunswick Inc. et une fois l’accord conclu, elle peut lui verser jusqu’à 1 000 000 $ par année provenant de ses revenus selon les modalités prévues à l’accord. 1
