OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for Healthcare Redevelopment and the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 26, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister responsible for Healthcare Redevelopment entering into a net debt obligation, not to exceed $41,000,000, for the capital costs to support construction of the Cape Breton Cancer Centre as part of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality Health Care Redevelopment Project.
