Reg. 297/2021 , deposited November 26, 2021, under the FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT [section 72 (3)], the FAMILY LAW ACT [section 245 (1)], the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY ACT [section 76 (2)] and the PUBLIC HEALTH ACT [section 121]. Order in Council 643/2021, approved and ordered November 26, 2021.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Excluded Employees (Legal Proceedings) Indemnity Regulation, B.C. Reg. 62/2012, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 1,

(

b) the Family Law Act Regulation, B.C. Reg. 347/2012, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2,

(

c) the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Regulation, B.C. Reg. 155/2012, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 3, and

(

d) the Information Regulation, B.C. Reg. 208/2010, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 4.

Schedule 1

Section 29 (3) (

a) of the Excluded Employees (Legal Proceedings) Indemnity Regulation, B.C. Reg. 62/2012, is amended by striking out "

section 33.1 (1) (b) " and substituting "

section 33 (2) (c) ".

Schedule 2

Section 3.3 (1) (

d) of the Family Law Act Regulation, B.C. Reg. 347/2012, is amended by striking out "

section 33.1 (1) (s) " and substituting "

section 33 (3) (h) ".

Schedule 3

1 Sections 3 (1), 4 (2) and 5 (2) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Regulation, B.C. Reg. 155/2012, are amended

(

a) by repealing paragraph (f), and

(

b) in paragraph (

h) by striking out "

section 33.1 (1) (b) " and substituting "

section 33 (2) (c) ".

Section 6 (

b) is amended by striking out " an aboriginal people " and substituting " an Indigenous people ".

Section 8 is amended by striking out "

section 33.2 (f) " and substituting "

section 33 (2) (s) ".

Section 11 is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) by striking out "

section 26 (d), 30.1 (a), 32 (

b) and 33.1 (1) (b) " and substituting " sections 26 (d), 32 (

b) and 33 (2) (c) ",

(

b) by repealing subsection (2) (b),

(

c) in subsection (2) (

d) by striking out "

section 33.1 (1) (b) " and substituting "

section 33 (2) (c) ", and

(

d) in subsection (3) by adding " , as that

section read on June 25, 2012, " after " of the Act ".

Section 15 and

Schedule 3 are repealed.

Schedule 4

Section 3 (2) (

f) of the Information Regulation, B.C. Reg. 208/2010, is amended by striking out " aboriginal government " and substituting " Indigenous governing entity ".
