OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated September 10, 2003, pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve of the offering for sale by the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation of certain lands on which the Carleton Street Liquor Corporation building is situate in the Town of Digby, more particularly described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject to the Governor in Council approving the terms and conditions of any proposed sale of the lands; and (

b) authorize the President of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to execute any agreement and related documentation on behalf of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation respecting the offering for sale and the proposed sale of the lands but this authorization does not include the execution of any deeds or other title documentation related to any proposed sale of the land.
