B.C. Reg. 29/2011, deposited February 15, 2011, pursuant to the BUDGET TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT [Section 24]. Order in Council 41/2011, approved and ordered February 14, 2011.

On the recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Minister Responsible for Small Business and Deputy Premier, after consultation with the Auditor General, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective February 15, 2011,

(

a) the Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 27/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule, and

(

b) the Government Reporting Entity Regulation, B.C. Reg. 134/2001, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 The Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 27/2002, is amended

(

a) in

section 1 (2) by striking out paragraphs (

e) to (h),

(

b) in

section 1 (2) by adding the following paragraphs:

(

i) Health Employers Association of British Columbia;

(

j) Community Social Services Employers' Association of British Columbia (CSSEA);

(

k) British Columbia Public School Employers' Association;

(

l) The Post-Secondary Employers' Association. , and

(

c) by repealing

section

Section 1 of the Government Reporting Entity Regulation, B.C. Reg. 134/2001, is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

(

f) Health Employers Association of British Columbia;

(

g) Community Social Services Employers' Association of British Columbia (CSSEA);

(

h) British Columbia Public School Employers' Association;

(

i) The Post-Secondary Employers' Association.
