Order in Council 13/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Maureen Helt of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 13, 2021.

Further,

whereas Maureen Helt was appointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective December 14, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 2343/2017;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 2343/2017 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
