OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 18, 2017, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring land located at Country Harbour Road and Aspen, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, being currently identified as PIDs 35125970, 35225739, 35225747, 37545241 and 35225812 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Gregory Allen MacKeen, Cathy Carol MacNeil and Calvin Dennis MacKeen, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $195,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Department of Natural Resources in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Gregory Allen MacKeen, Cathy Carol MacNeil and Calvin Dennis MacKeen, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
