OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 27, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 355 of the Acts of 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act, is pleased to: (a)\x09revoke Order in Council 88-385 dated April 14, 1988, respecting the employment of a full time accounting clerk; (b)\x09approve the employment by the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board of Helen Benjamin of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Executive Assistant to the Board on a full time basis, effective on and from March 3, 2003; (c)\x09fix the remuneration rate of the Executive Assistant at $1,549.18 biweekly, and thereafter at such rate or rates as may be determined or granted from time to time by the Public Service Commission for a position within a MCP 8 (102) rating, and directing it to be with such benefits as may be associated with this rating, and deeming the Executive Assistant to be an employee within the meaning and for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act, with said appointment and rate of remuneration to be effective on and from March 3, 2003.
