OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated April 13, 2000, pursuant to Sections 52 and 55 of

Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to approve amendments made by the Superintendent of Insurance to: (

a) the regulations respecting the licensing of insurance adjusters made by the Superintendent of Insurance and approved by Order in Council 92-1145 dated November 24, 1992, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A"; and (

b) the regulations respecting the licensing of insurance agents made by the Superintendent of Insurance and approved by Order in Council 93-461A dated May 31, 1993, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective on, from and after July 1, 2000.
