Order in Council 33/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Amanda Chapman was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective May 13, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 588/2021;

And

whereas Amanda Chapman tendered her resignation effective August 14, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 588/2021 be revoked effective August 14, 2022.
