Order in Council 1501/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Kevin Lundy of Cambridge be reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of three years, effective October 24, 2016.
