Order in Council 1062/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Neron was appointed a full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of two years, effective March 21, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 488/2018;

And

whereas Robert Neron tendered his resignation effective September 28, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 488/2018 be revoked effective September 28, 2018.
