On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
pursuant to clause 7(1)(
b) of the Medical Laboratory Technology Act , 1991, Keshubhai Chaudhari of Maple be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario effective April 23, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
