Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 239/2023 O20812455 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) the appointment of John Joseph Shineton Mitchell as a Ministerial Advisor in the office of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, made by Order in Council 239/2023, is rescinded, (

b) John Joseph Shineton Mitchell is appointed as a Senior Advisor in the office of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, (

c) John Joseph Shineton Mitchell is to be paid in accordance with the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensation Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employmen t equivalent to those established for category C appointees in the Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of John Joseph Shineton Mitchell. 522 July 15, 2024 . . .
