Order in Council 1051/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas D. Stephen Jovanovic was appointed as part-time member and Associate Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending January 10, 2022 by Order in Council O.C. 253/2020;

And

whereas D. Stephen Jovanovic tendered his resignation effective July 20, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 253/2020 be revoked effective July 20, 2021.
