OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 3, 2007, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 2004-514 dated December 21, 2004, approving the issuance of a lease to a parcel of Crown land, containing approximately 1 hectare, at Cape Mabou Highlands, Inverness County, to Black River Hydro Limited, a body corporate with its registered office at Black River, Inverness County for the purpose of wind energy generation.
