Order in Council 76/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

William R. Apted of Oakville

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of three years, effective March 11, 2017 to and including March 10, 2020.
