Chapter 340 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Pension Benefits Act, is pleased to amend the Pension Benefits Regulations, N.S. Reg. 164/2002, made by Order in Council 2002-607, dated December 20, 2002, to make certain housekeeping changes, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 29, 2007.
