OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 9, 2017, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring land known as Langleys Island located at Barra Head, Richmond County, Nova Scotia, presently identified as PID 75059568 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Solange Elisabeth Langley, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, for a purchase price of $108,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Department of Natural Resources in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Solange Elisabeth Langley, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
