OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 9, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at East Quinan, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PID 90046517 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Carol Jennings, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $142,448 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Carol Jennings, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
