Statute: Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Petroleum Directorate dated May 31, 1999, pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of

Chapter 147 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act, and to

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Garry Hoffman as a member and Chair of the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board, effective June 1, 1999; and (

b) appoint Walter J. Tucker, Assistant Deputy Minister, Nova Scotia Petroleum Directorate, to be a member and Chair of the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board, effective June 16, 1999.
