1 SASKATCHEWAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS HOLDING CORPORATION

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Holding Corporation Act (Assented to May 30, 2018) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Holding Corporation Amendment Act, 2018. SS c S-34.1,

section amended Subsection 17(1) of The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Holding Corporation Act is amended in the portion following clause (
