Reg. 61/2002, deposited March 28, 2002, pursuant to the CONTINUING CARE

ACT [section 3]. Order in Council 242/2002, approved and ordered March 28,

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C.

Reg. 146/95, the Continuing Care Programs Regulation, is amended

(

a) by

repealing

section 2 (

a) of the Schedule, and

(

b) by adding "(

h) Home Oxygen

Program" to

section 1 of the Schedule. — C. HANSEN, Minister of Health Services;
