Order in Council 23/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make public appointments;

Now therefore Ethel Côté of Ottawa is appointed at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part time member of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Francophone Affairs (the “Committee”).

And further that such appointment is for a term not exceeding three years and is effective from the date of this Order in Council.

And further that Ethel Côté will be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses, including costs incurred for travel, meals and accommodation, in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet Directives and the rate established thereunder.

And further that Ethel Côté will receive no remuneration for her services on behalf of the Committee.
