Order in Council 612/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Building Ontario Fund Act, 2024 , Constance L. Sugiyama of Toronto be re-appointed as part-time member of the board of directors of the Building Ontario Fund to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective May 30, 2025.
