Order in Council 21/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008, Norman Adam Cappell of Toronto be appointed as a member of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008 , Norman Adam Cappell be appointed as a member of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
