Order in Council 1385/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Electricity Act, 1998 ,

Ernest Murray Lindo , of Toronto, Ontario

is reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of December 9, 2018.
