OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated October 21, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission of amendments to the Poultry Insurance Plan, N.S. Reg. 339/2007, made by the Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-394 dated July 13, 2007, to include layer breeders under the Plan in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 24, 2009.
