On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

c) of The University of Toronto Act, 1971 , Anna Kennedy of Toronto be reappointed as a member of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of March 21, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
