OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated February 27, 2001, pursuant to subsection 2(

x) of

Chapter 28 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Marie Mullally as Superintendent of Real Estate, effective March 1, 2001; (

b) revoke the appointment of Graham Poole to act in the stead of the Superintendent of Real Estate, Marie Mullally, effective March 1, 2001; and (

c) appoint Richard Shaffner as Superintendent of Real Estate, effective March 1, 2001.
