(2) Loi supplémentaire de 2010-2011 (2) portant affectation de crédits Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : There may be paid out of the Consolidated Fund a sum not exceeding in the whole $166,113,116.61 to be applied towards defraying the several charges and expenses of the public service, not otherwise provided for, from the first day of April, 2010 to the thirty-first day of March, 2011 as set forth in the

Schedule following, and such sum shall be paid and applied only in accordance with the votes set forth in the Supplementary Estimates, Volume II, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011 upon which document the

Il peut être prélevé sur le Fonds consolidé une somme ne dépassant pas au total 166 113 116,61 $ qui servira à subvenir, ainsi qu’il est énoncé à l’annexe, aux diverses charges et dépenses des services publics du 1er avril au mars 2011, auxquelles il n’est pas autrement pourvu; cette somme ne doit être payée et affectée qu’en confor- mité des crédits figurant au Budget supplémentaire, Vo- lume II, de l’année financière se terminant le mars 2011, document sur lequel l’annexe est basée. 1
