Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Transmission Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 450000 5427000 147 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 90 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 77 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 46 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 67 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 48 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 69 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 34 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;
