Order in Council 261/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Order in Council 1706/2007 under the Endangered Species Act, 2007, the Order in Council 1279/2021 dated September 23, 2021, reappointing and re-designating Tom Hilditch as a part-time member and chair of the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario, is hereby revoked, effective the day this Order in Council is made.
