B.C. Reg. 290/2003, deposited July 25, 2003, pursuant to the ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT ACT [Sections 1, 5, 24, 50 and 51]. Order in Council 771/2003, approved and ordered July 24, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the following regulations are repealed:

(

i) the Environmental Assessment Prescribed Time Limits Regulation, B.C. Reg. 278/95;

(ii) the Environmental Assessment Reviewable Projects Regulation, B.C. Reg. 276/95;

(iii) the Regional District Definition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 216/2002;

(iv) the Transition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 277/95, and

(

b) the designations made under Order in Council 736/95 of ministers as responsible for categories of reviewable projects are rescinded. — S. HAGEN , Minister of Sustainable Resource Management; M. R. COELL , Presiding Member of the Executive Council.
