OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated June 24, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 466 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Theatres and Amusements Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of the following persons as assistant inspectors under the Theatres and Amusements Act: Graham Crosby, James Fogarty, Bernard Lind, Ronald Garland, Robert Bennett, Cyril Langille, Eric Smith, Rick Moore, Paul Robichaud, Cyril Hatt, Percy Banks, Rod Potter, Orville Symonds, Colin Kennedy, Alan Gaudet, Norman MacNeil, J. Conrad Harroun, Robert N. Ferguson, Charles H. Haliburton, Gordon MacPherson, Janet Connell, Earl Mielke, David Weatherby, D. Thomas Moore, Richard Hines, John N.
MacDonald, Vonda Dowling, Clinton Schofield, Joseph Amyoony, Peter Fraser, Jack Rehill, Wendell Carrol, Rene Thibault, Joyce Chevalier, Norbert Robichaud, Lloyd Budgell, Gregory Gidney, Owen Clarke, Joe Renzi, and Fred Fitzsimmons; (
b) appoint the following persons as assistant inspectors under the Theatres and Amusements Act: Timothy Joseph Beaudoin, Edward E. Briand, Mark Anthony Coffin, Darlene Tina Hancock, Katherine F. Hardy, Albert Glenn Kennedy, Jonpaul Landry, John Robert MacDonald, Daniel Neil MacDougall, Douglas Alexander Matheson, Ronald Leo Muise, Harold Joseph Perro, John Kenneth Pushie, Gail Patricia Quinn, Betty Simmons, Chiles Tamara Smith, Jeremy Shane White, Katherine N. Williams; and (
c) direct that any person appointed as an assistant inspector may perform all duties of the Inspector under the Theatres and Amusements Act.
