OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated November 30, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations , N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board of Directors' decision of November 14, 2012, to approve financial assistance by way of a Convertible Debenture not to exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) to LED Roadway Lighting Ltd., on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated November 30 , 2012; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such consents, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
