OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated October 1, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway Parcels CR-1B containing 71,698 square feet, CR-2B containing 65,223 square feet, and CR-3 containing 202,461 square feet, a total area of 339,382 square feet more or less, at or near Port Williams, County of Kings, more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown on the plan in

Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation.
